The Learning Center’s Mother’s Day Out (MDO) Preschool Program is a loving, Christ-centered environment designed to nurture young children while supporting families. As a ministry of Living Word Lutheran Church, we provide a safe and joyful place where children can grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and developmentally.
Children in our program enjoy age-appropriate learning through play, music, stories, art, and hands-on activities using the Frog Street academic curriculum. Each day also includes Bible stories, prayer, and lessons that gently introduce God’s love and encourage kindness, sharing, and respect for others. A hot lunch, morning snack, and afternoon snack is also included.
Our caring and experienced teachers create a warm classroom atmosphere where every child feels known, valued, and loved. We focus on helping children build independence, confidence, and friendships while establishing early learning skills and positive routines.
Our Mother’s Day Out program offers both 2- and 3-day schedule options for toddlers, two-year-old’s, and three-year-old’s offering families dependable care while parents attend to work, appointments, or personal time. We consider it a privilege to partner with parents during these important early years and to walk alongside families in faith and community.
